Restoring Our Republic Begins Here

Volunteer With CGM

Build the Constitutional Ground Game.

CGM is building a disciplined Local and State volunteer network for citizens ready to defend constitutional government in their communities, counties, districts, and state capitols.

State Workflow

A structure built for real local action.

CGM needs a clear chain of responsibility: national direction, state execution, local leadership, and focused teams that turn commitment into useful work.

National Leadership

Sets the mission, endorsement standards, public direction, and organization-wide priorities.

State Director of Operations

Runs the state workflow, delegates assignments, coordinates chairs and team leads, and reports progress upward.

State Executive Board

A 3 or 5 member board, including the Director of Operations, that supports decisions, accountability, and disciplined state execution.

County/District Chairs

Build CGM locally, recruit volunteers, organize meetings and outreach, identify local needs, and keep state leadership informed.

State Team Leads

Lead specialized statewide work such as communications, volunteer coordination, coalition building, candidate research, legislative action, outreach, and events.

Local Volunteers

Serve through their County/District Chair or a State Team Lead based on skill, availability, location, and readiness.

Volunteer Roles

Find the place where your effort becomes leverage.

These roles are designed to help CGM educate, endorse, organize, and show up with discipline. Some are leadership tracks; others are focused lanes for people who can give a few useful hours at a time.

State Director of Operations

Builds and manages the state structure under national direction, coordinates County/District Chairs and State Team Leads, delegates work, reports progress, and serves on the State Executive Board.

State Executive Board Member

Helps guide state priorities, review operational needs, support leadership decisions, and keep the state organization focused, disciplined, and accountable.

County/District Chair

Grows CGM locally in a county, district, or region by recruiting volunteers, organizing local meetings, tracking local candidates and issues, and coordinating with state leadership.

Volunteer Coordinator

Reviews new volunteer submissions, follows up, routes people to the right chair or team lead, tracks active volunteers, and supports onboarding.

Communications Team

Helps produce approved public messaging, event announcements, newsletter blurbs, press language, graphics copy, and disciplined outreach language.

Outreach and Growth Team

Recruits supporters, grows Local and State participation, helps chairs build momentum, and moves interested citizens into active roles.

Coalition and Community Liaison

Builds relationships with aligned groups and community leaders, including liberty organizations, Young Americans for Liberty, Young Republicans, homeschool networks, veterans groups, churches, and civic organizations.

Candidate Research Team

Tracks candidates, reviews public statements, websites, filings, voting records, and questionnaire responses, then summarizes findings for leadership review.

Legislative Action / Lobbying Team

Monitors legislative sessions and bills tied to constitutional government, individual liberty, limited government, natural rights, state sovereignty, and local control, then coordinates calls, emails, testimony, public comments, and in-person engagement.

Event Coordinator

Coordinates venues, schedules, speakers, sign-in sheets, follow-up, local meetings, candidate forums, civic education events, and outreach tables.

Civic Education, Under Development

A future vetted lane for qualified people to teach approved constitutional and civic material. This area will require strong subject knowledge and careful review.

General Volunteer / Not Sure Yet

A starting point for supporters who want to help but need placement based on their location, skills, schedule, and comfort level.

Volunteer Intake

Put your skills to work for constitutional government.

This intake helps CGM understand where you are, what you can contribute, and where you are ready to serve. The goal is simple: connect committed citizens to meaningful Local and State work that strengthens the movement.

1. Tell us where you can serve.

Share your location, preferred role, availability, and relevant experience.

2. Leadership reviews fit.

CGM matches your skills and readiness with current Local or State needs.

3. You get connected.

You will be routed to a County/District Chair, a State Team Lead, or a developing leadership track when there is a clear fit.
