The CGM Donor Connection Network is being built as a direct-to-candidate discovery hub. CGM does not collect, hold, process, bundle, forward, or distribute campaign funds.
Program Framework
A donor hub, not a donation collector.
The purpose is to help citizens discover endorsed candidates and choose whether to support them directly through the candidate’s official campaign channels. CGM’s role is visibility, organization, and connection.
Candidate donation links, campaign websites, and campaign contacts should point directly to the candidate’s official campaign committee or authorized campaign platform.
Network Tools
How donors will discover endorsed candidates.
Endorsed candidate profiles can include direct links to official campaign websites, donation pages, and volunteer pages.
Newsletter and social updates can introduce endorsed candidates and explain the principles behind CGM support.
Donor updates can be organized by state, district, office, election date, and candidate need as the network matures.
The future voter guide can make endorsed and recommended candidates easier for constitutional voters to find.
Endorsed candidates will eventually submit official campaign links through the private candidate portal.
CGM may help candidates be discovered, but does not guarantee donations, donor access, or fundraising results.
Hard Guardrails
All funds go directly to the candidate.
- CGM does not receive or process campaign contributions.
- CGM does not forward checks, cash, or electronic contributions to candidates.
- CGM does not represent itself as a campaign treasury, PAC, or fundraising committee.
- Donors are responsible for following the rules that apply to their contributions.
- Candidate campaigns remain responsible for their own contribution compliance and reporting.
