The CGM Candidate Support Network is being built to connect citizens with endorsed candidates who need campaign help, event support, local outreach, and practical volunteer capacity.
Program Framework
Current phase: connect supporters directly with campaigns.
For now, CGM’s role is to identify citizens willing to help, understand their location and skills, and connect them with endorsed campaigns where a clear fit exists. The candidate’s campaign manages its own volunteers and campaign activity.
Long-term direction: CGM intends to develop team-led support programs where trained CGM teams can assist endorsed campaigns more directly through organized volunteer action.
Ways Citizens Can Help
Support lanes for endorsed campaigns.
Canvassing, neighborhood outreach, sign placement, and local visibility where the campaign requests help.
Help with meet-and-greets, town halls, petition events, candidate appearances, and local campaign gatherings.
Support for scheduling, volunteer coordination, communications, phone banking, and other practical campaign needs.
Citizens with stronger campaign experience may be identified for campaign manager, field lead, or local coordinator opportunities.
Social sharing, local interviews, livestream support, candidate graphics, and voter education around endorsed candidates.
Connect campaigns with local citizens who know the area, understand local issues, and can help build durable relationships.
Operating Standard
Support must be organized, lawful, and campaign-directed.

- CGM does not promise staffing, turnout, or campaign management capacity.
- The future goal is a trained, CGM team-led support structure for endorsed candidates.
Workflow
How the support network will work.
Citizens begin through CGM’s volunteer intake so location, availability, skills, and preferred activity can be reviewed.
Endorsed candidates identify campaign needs through CGM leadership or, later, through the Endorsed Candidate Portal.
Where there is a fit, CGM connects supporters directly with the campaign so the campaign can manage next steps.
As CGM grows, selected volunteers may be organized into trained support teams that can assist endorsed campaigns more directly.
