No person, INCLUDING the preborn, shall be deprived of life without due process of law.

Constrain the government to its enumerated powers, as such that it does not impede the liberty of the people whom it serves.

The People have the right to own and steward personal property without government burden.

The People have the right to all peaceful practice of religion. Peaceful religious or nonreligious beliefs may be exercised without government establishment, interference, coercion, or prohibition.

The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. There is no exception for any government entity. We support the rights of the citizenry to maintain a militia.

We oppose the notion that any speech be punishable by law. We also reassert our rights to peacefully assemble without government impediment.
